Dairy Free March

I have been working with a functional medicine nutritionist, who did some testing, which showed I was super sensitive to cow’s milk. This meant I had to go off all dairies including butter. But I love butter, so I asked if I could stay on it. She said yes but to use it only a few times per week.

Well, I am still having some issues with skin swelling. Somewhere along my journey I have forgotten this very important thing:

IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR HEALTH YOU NEED TO COMMIT 100 PERCENT.

So, I am dairy free this month.
